About Us

We have been landlords for over 25 years and specialise in the New Barnet, High Barnet and Borehamwood areas of north London. All our properties are within easy walking distance of local parks and green spaces, yet remain well connected to local transport links for swift access to central London and the myriad of attractions it has to offer.

Each property has been sourced to ensure it sits within the catchment areas of good local schools, with the added comfort that Barnet General Hospital is but a short drive away.

All our properties offer good quality accommodation and each is larger than average. All our flats are two double bedroom properties and each has a balcony! Our houses have decent sunny aspect garden with a patio area and many come with a useful shed.

We are a family team of four members, all passionate about property and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Meet the Team

Mark Hindes – Co-Founder

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has been a landlord for over 25 years. Mark oversees all aspects of ELMSCO activities.

Michelle Davis – Co-Founder

Michelle has been a landlord for almost 15 years and whilst getting involved in a whole range of duties, focuses on interior design and preparing properties for re-letting.

Lucie Hindes – Lettings & Office Administrator

Lucie manages the preparation of new leases and prescribed information, maintains our website and undertakes aspects of our day-to-day office administration

Elise Hindes – Finance and Property Manager

Elise manages supplier payments and rent receipts as well as assisting in most day to day maintenance and re-decoration works and tenant change overs.
